Your group's fundraiser, without the spreadsheet.

Who sold what. What each family owes. What is still on the shelf, what the supplier is owed, and which orders are waiting on a delivery that has not arrived.

One place that answers those, on a phone, at a table outside a supermarket, with no signal.

Ask for access

Built and run through a full season by one organization. That is the honest size of it today, and it is why there is room for founding members.

What it actually does

Everything below exists and has been used for a real sale. None of it is planned.

Record a sale anywhere

At a doorstep, at a table, or typed in later from an order form. It works with no signal and sends when it finds one — the sale is saved on the phone first, so a dead spot outside a shop costs nothing.

Know where every item is

On your shelf, in a family's car, at a table, or delivered. Hand over part of an order and the rest stays on the list. Every movement is recorded, so when the count disagrees you can see what moved and when.

Say what each family owes

What they sold, what they have handed in, what is still to pay, and what you still owe them in product. Families that pool between children share one card and one payment.

Split a table fairly

Takings from a shift divide between whoever actually stood there, by the time they were checked in. Donations split the same way, or not, as you decide.

Order what you are short of

What customers have ordered, less what is on the shelf and what is already on its way — rounded to whole cases, because that is how it ships. Product already handed over is not ordered again.

Close the books

What the supplier is owed, what the organization earned, what every seller raised. Return what did not sell, write off what broke, and see what is still unresolved before you shut the season.

Who it is for

The app speaks your group's language rather than somebody else's. Pick what you are and the words on every screen change — sellers become students, or members, or players, and a sale becomes a campaign or a drive.

It is not a rebrand. The vocabulary is a setting the software reads, which is why the figures, the roles and the reports are the same whichever you pick.

What it costs

One price per organization per sale. Not per seller, not per transaction, and never a share of what you raise.

The first five organizations

Freefor your first sale

Whatever size you are. Run a whole sale on it, start to finish, and pay nothing. After that it is the price for your size below — and only if it earned it. In exchange: tell us what is wrong with it.

Afterwards, one price for your whole organization, chosen by how many sellers are on your roster. It is not a price per seller. A group of forty and a group of twenty-six pay the same.

Larger groups pay less per seller, because most of what this costs to run does not depend on how many of you there are.

Sellers on your roster Your whole organization pays Works out at

More than 200talk to us

“Works out at” is the rate at the top of each band, where it is cheapest — a group of thirty pays the same $110 as a group of fifty. A seller is somebody who sells: the young people, not their parents and not the committee.

Your band is set from your roster when you buy and does not change mid-season. Recruit ten more in October and the price you were quoted is the price you pay.

There is no self-serve signup yet, on purpose: the first organizations get set up by a person who wants to hear how it went.

Starred questions are the ones we need. The rest help us choose.

Do you run the sale?

Five places. We will write back within a few days either way.
